Teenagers, listen up. How to get rid of pimples you might ask? I have some useful tips to prevent ache / pimples. Ofcourse our dermatologies always tells us to wash our face at least three times a day and not to eat alot of oily foods. My tip for you guys is to drink alot of water, drink vitamin A & vitamin E which is very good for our skins and don't stay up later. Lack of sleep can really have an effect on increasing pimples. Also dont pop your try to puncture your pimples. Popping pimples will cause a scar.

You might wonder what is the cause of pimples / acne?
Well again its what you eat and its heriditary. Also if you are a teenagers, your skin tends to be oily and thats why you need to do extra effort to wash away the oils in your face.

1. Caloric needs decrease with age. At 65, women need 1,600 to 1,800; men, 2,400 to 2,600 calories daily.

2. Quit smoking, or at least cut down.

3. Drink alcohol only in moderation. It's bad for arthritis, overweight, and cardiovascular diseases.

4. Exercise regularly and moderately.

5. Eat plenty of protein, iron, ascorbic acid and calcium. Cut down on butter, fats and oils.

6. Above all, try to be young at heart.

I would always suggest that you retire early so that you can enjoy life. But others fear that if they retire they will be lonely and have nothing to do which might make them sick. I wrote down some tips for you on how to enjoy your retirement. All of them are practical and some might say that its common sense, but I just went ahead and wrote it down incase you have forgotten them or have taken them for granted.

1. Plan your retirement in the spirit of having something added to your life.

2. Don't be against things so much as for things.

3. Even if you can afford it, don't rely on loafing. Life doesn't have to be easy to be wonderful.

4. Get up every morning wanting to do something.

5. Seek variety, develop original ideas, go with your whole heart, don't let the minutes rust away.

6. Try to keep healthy.

Remember: "Every time you go down, get up again. You'll be stronger than ever."

1. Continue to widen your interests. Not all of us can
go to a foreign country but, long before old age, everyone can begin to look forward to learning new things, to pursuing pastimes and developing skills. You can expose yourself to new interests in many ways, such as browsing through library shelves, attending lectures, joining in civic or welfare activities. Inquiry into things that are new to you quickens the mind and heart.

2. Be eager to continue your life. Aging is a process in which most people do more things for the last time, and fewer for the first time. Reverse that and you have an antidote for growing old.

3. Be affectionate. Love is one of the most powerful stimulants to a longer, happier life. Human warmth is, of course, not limited to romantic love; devotion to your fellow man serves equally well. The faculty of being genuinely concerned about others enriches anyone's life. The earlier one acquires it, the better fortified he will be for his later years.

4. Don't let emotions rule you. Giving in to anger is one of our unhealthiest habits. Avoid heated arguments and strong emotional conflicts.

5. Don't worry. Worry is just a bad emotional habit; like any habit, it can be broken if you make sufficient effort.

6. Make friends easily. As you grow older you must accustom yourself to the loss of lifelong friends and be prepared to make others. To do so, you must have something to offer. You don't need money; offer whatever is pleasant and useful in you.

7. Have religious faith. Religious counselors agree that the real comfort of faith comes but faintly to elderly persons who have previously neglected it. How much richer life is for those whose faith helps them constantly during the stresses and trials of everyday living.
