If you are having problems staying fresh and smelling clean all day, you may like this tips that I wrote down. All of them are practical and some might say that its common sense, but I just went ahead and wrote it down incase you have forgotten them or have taken them for granted.
1. Take a bath and wear fresh clothes daily.
2. Use deodorants or anti-perspirants. (The best time to use them is immediately after a bath.) Deodorants minimize unpleasant odor only, while anti-perspirants keep you dry, fresh and free from odor all day.
3. Watch your diet. Some highly spiced food accent body odor.
4. Allow deodorant or anti-perspirant to dry before you put on your clothes to prevent stain on clothes.
